Crisis Success Stories – What’s Working on the Front Lines…
Crisis Management has been a theme in a few of my recent posts. In the Gifts of Our Current Reality I suggest 10 things I wasn’t noticing in the old reality that I could now see as gifts. Book I Enjoyed Reading This Week
"The Motive" is the latest leadership fable by Patrick Lencioni. It highlights the differences between leaders motivated by reward and those motivated by responsibility.

I was encouraged to see that a leader using EOS tools and disciplines is completely equipped to be everything a Responsibility-focused leader should be!
Are you ready to take on the hard work of being a great leader?
