The First Step In Defying Probabilities
The final core value at my company, Traction Point, is “We Dream Big!” The description simply reads:“Great achievements start with a dream! We believe in entrepreneurs and champion their dreams!”
MLK – I Have A Dream
When Martin Luther King Jr. proclaimed, “I have a dream”, he left the realm of what seemed reasonable or probable! He was defying probabilities and entering the realm of a big, hairy, audacious, perhaps even an “impossible”, vision for the future.
There’s a great lesson for entrepreneurs in this!

Visionary or Integrator?
Entrepreneurial organizations have two types of leaders at their helm: Visionaries and Integrators.
Business owners need to decide if they are a Visionary or an Integrator. If you're a Visionary without an Integrator, your organization may be a bit chaotic, and you're probably not getting what you want out of your business.
