Five Leadership Lessons from the Lewis & Clark Journey of Discovery

We learn lessons from their journey that are as applicable for business leaders today as they were over 200 years ago when they were first learned by the leaders of the Corps of Discovery.

What I'm Reading...
In his book Who Not How - Your single formula for achieving bigger goals through accelerating teamwork - Dan Sullivan describes the solution to a problem we all face - PROCRASTINATION.
We all have thoughts and ideas that we discount or put off rather than taking action. Usually we procrastinate because we're not sure "how" to take the next step toward achievement. Dan teaches us that procrastination is really a signal to look for a "who" that already knows "how".
What an amazing turnaround! Rather than being frustrated when we procrastinate, we can identify a "who" that already knows "how" to create new things we wouldn't or couldn't learn how to do by ourselves.
